Overview

Omni-Narrative is where visibility becomes revenue. Omni-Presence filled the top of the funnel with reach and awareness. Omni-Narrative is the infrastructure that catches those leads, nurtures them with a compelling and consistent story, and closes them — systematically, not accidentally.

This tenet is built around LeadSprout (the CRM, pipeline, and deal management hub) and Core (Unified Inbox and automation workflows). Every prospect that enters the client's world should be enrolled in a defined journey — from first contact to signed proposal, with no manual follow-up left to chance.

Tenet Goal

By the end of Omni-Narrative, the client has a live CRM pipeline, automated follow-up sequences, a booking system, and a proposal/e-sign process — all running inside WundertreOS. Leads don't slip through. The narrative is consistent from first touch to closed deal.

Omni-Narrative requires deep collaboration. WundertreX builds the infrastructure and writes the initial sequences. The client must adopt the CRM as their daily operating system — this only works if they actually use it.

Delivery Timeline

Omni-Narrative has a 3-to-4-week configuration sprint followed by ongoing sequence optimization. The pipeline and booking system should be live before Weeks 3–4 paid campaigns (from Omni-Presence) reach full volume — you need the infrastructure ready before leads arrive.

WundertreOS Walkthrough

Omni-Narrative centers on LeadSprout and Core. The goal in the onboarding session is to get the client using the pipeline as their daily home base — not a spreadsheet, not their email inbox, not a sticky note.

1
LeadSprout · Deals
Build and manage the sales pipeline
Navigate to LeadSprout → Deals. Create a new pipeline and add stages (e.g., New Lead → Contacted → Appointment Set → Proposal Sent → Closed Won / Lost). For each stage, define the required action to move the deal forward. Train the client: every lead gets a deal card. Every update happens inside the card — notes, calls, emails, stage moves.
2
LeadSprout · Booking Pages
Build a frictionless appointment system
Go to LeadSprout → Calendars. Create a booking page for the client's primary appointment type (discovery call, estimate, consultation). Connect it to their calendar. Configure automated confirmation emails and reminder sequences (24 hours and 1 hour before). Embed the booking link in Omni-Presence landing pages and email signatures.
3
LeadSprout · Email & SMS Sequences
Build automated follow-up that never stops
Navigate to LeadSprout → Sequences. Build a 7-touch new lead nurture sequence: Day 0 intro email → Day 0+2h SMS → Day 1 value email → Day 3 case study email → Day 5 SMS → Day 7 objection-handling email → Day 10 breakup email. Enroll leads automatically via a workflow trigger when a new deal card is created.
4
LeadSprout · Documents
Build proposals and e-sign templates
Go to LeadSprout → Documents. Use the proposal builder to create 2–3 templates (e.g., full service proposal, single-service quote, retainer agreement). Add e-signature fields, payment terms, and scope of work. When a deal moves to 'Proposal Sent' stage, the workflow auto-creates a document task so the salesperson knows to send it from within the deal card.
5
Core · Unified Inbox
Centralize all client communication
Navigate to Core → Unified Inbox. All channels should be routing here: email, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, Google Business Profile messages, and live chat from the website widget. Show the client how to view all conversations, assign threads to team members, and use saved reply templates for common questions. The inbox is also where they see replies to their sequences.
6
Core · Workflows
Automate the pipeline and follow-up logic
Go to Core → Workflows. Key workflows to build: (1) New lead → create deal card → enroll in nurture sequence → assign to rep. (2) Deal stale 3 days → create task for owner. (3) Appointment no-show → trigger no-show re-engagement sequence. (4) Deal moved to Closed Won → trigger onboarding handoff to Omni-Service. Use the visual workflow builder — show the client how to read the active workflow map.

Client Progress Milestones

Omni-Narrative milestones measure adoption and conversion infrastructure readiness. The client isn't 'done' with Omni-Narrative until they are actively working deals inside LeadSprout every single day.

CheckpointClient Should Have...X Team Should Have...
Day 14Pipeline stage map approved. At least one live deal card entered and moving through the pipeline.Pipeline configured. Unified Inbox live. At least one booking page live with a test booking confirmed.
Day 30Responding to all Unified Inbox messages within agreed SLA. Booking confirmation and reminder emails working. First live appointments booked. All nurture sequences active. Proposal templates built. CRM training session completed and recorded.
Day 60Tracking deals daily. Sending proposals from inside WundertreOS. Reporting win/loss with reasons for X team.Sequence performance data reviewed. First optimization pass on subject lines and send timing. Stale deal automation active.
Day 90CRM is the primary sales operating system — no external spreadsheets or manual tracking. Close rate baseline documented.Full pipeline reporting active. Sales cycle length tracked. Sequence performance benchmarked. Client approved to activate Omni-Service.

KPIs & Success Metrics

Omni-Narrative KPIs measure pipeline velocity and conversion efficiency. These are the first revenue-adjacent metrics in the framework — they prove that the visibility from Omni-Presence is turning into real business.

Common Mistakes & How to Avoid Them

Mistake 01
Not training the client's sales team on the CRM
WundertreX builds a beautiful pipeline, sequences fire correctly — and then the client's team keeps working out of their Gmail and a spreadsheet. The pipeline sits empty. Reports are useless. Follow-up falls through.
How to Avoid It
CRM training is non-negotiable before any leads go live. Record every training session and share it. Create a 'daily workflow' one-pager: what the rep opens first, how they update deal cards, how they respond from the Unified Inbox. Do a live deal walk-through in Week 4 — sit with them while they work a real lead.
Mistake 02
Messaging drift between Omni-Presence content and Omni-Narrative sequences
The ad says one thing, the landing page says another, and the follow-up email sounds like it came from a completely different company. Trust collapses. Conversions tank. The buyer thinks they clicked the wrong link.
How to Avoid It
Every nurture sequence must be reviewed against the Omni-Insight Brand Voice Guide and the Omni-Presence ad creative and landing page copy before it goes live. The message — the value proposition, the tone, the offer — must be consistent from the first ad impression through the proposal. One story, told consistently.
Mistake 03
Building sequences and never looking at them again
Sequences written in Week 2 go live and run forever without anyone checking if they're working. Subject lines that were never great stay in place for six months. Opportunities to optimize are lost.
How to Avoid It
Schedule a sequence performance review at Day 30 and Day 60. Check open rate, click rate, reply rate, and booking rate. Any email with under 20% open rate needs a subject line rewrite. Any email with under 2% click rate needs a body and CTA rewrite. Treat sequences like paid ads — always testing and improving.
Mistake 04
Using a single nurture sequence for all lead sources
A warm referral, a cold ad click, and a past customer re-engaging all get the same generic sequence. The messaging doesn't land because it isn't relevant to how they arrived or where they are in the buyer journey.
How to Avoid It
Build at least three sequences: (1) Cold inbound (from ads/organic), (2) Warm referral/intro, (3) Past customer reactivation. The tone, offer, and cadence are different for each. LeadSprout workflows can auto-enroll leads in the right sequence based on the source tag applied when the deal is created.

Omni-Narrative is complete when leads are moving through a live pipeline, sequences are converting, and the client's team is working exclusively inside WundertreOS. Omni-Service focuses on what happens after the sale: onboarding, support, loyalty, and referral systems that turn every closed deal into a long-term revenue relationship.
