Overview

Omni-Presence is the visibility engine of the Omni-Revenue Framework. Once you know who you are and who you're after (Omni-Insight), Omni-Presence is about flooding every relevant channel with consistent, compelling brand presence — paid, organic, social, search, and directory — so the right buyer encounters Wundertre's client at every touchpoint before and during their buying journey.

Tenet Goal

By the end of Omni-Presence, the client has an active, multi-channel presence that generates measurable reach and inbound interest. Every channel runs through WundertreOS so performance data flows into a single view.

Omni-Presence is the highest-execution tenet for WundertreX. The team drives channel setup, content production, and campaign launch. The client's job is to show up for brand voice reviews and approve content before it goes live.

Delivery Timeline

Omni-Presence runs approximately six weeks for initial buildout, then shifts to an ongoing execution cadence. The first two weeks are pure setup; Weeks 3–6 layer in paid activation and content rhythms.

WundertreOS Walkthrough

Omni-Presence lives primarily inside MarketBOOST and StoryCraft. Walk your client through each step in their first WundertreOS onboarding session so they understand where their presence is managed.

1
MarketBOOST · Campaigns
Connect ad accounts and launch first campaigns
Navigate to MarketBOOST → Campaigns. Connect the client's Google Ads and Meta Business Manager accounts. Create the first campaign using one of the pre-built funnel templates — choose 'Awareness + Retargeting' for most local/regional businesses. Set budget, upload creative, and activate. The Pixel is auto-installed via the WundertreOS snippet.
2
MarketBOOST · Funnel Builder
Build high-converting landing pages
Go to MarketBOOST → Funnels. Use the drag-and-drop builder to create campaign-specific landing pages. Each funnel connects to a LeadSprout pipeline so form submissions and call conversions are captured automatically. Always use a dedicated landing page — never run paid traffic to a homepage.
3
MarketBOOST · Listings
Sync and manage directory presence
Navigate to MarketBOOST → Listings. Enter the client's business name, address, phone, and website. The sync engine pushes consistent NAP data to 40+ directories including Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, and industry-specific directories. Check the Listing Score in the dashboard — target 90+ within 30 days.
4
MarketBOOST · Social
Schedule and manage social content
Go to MarketBOOST → Social. Connect all accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn if relevant). Use the content calendar grid to schedule posts. Posts can be created here or pushed from StoryCraft. Enable Auto-Publishing so approved content goes live without manual intervention.
5
MarketBOOST · Email & SMS
Send broadcasts and build automated sequences
Navigate to MarketBOOST → Email/SMS. Import the client's existing contact list (CSV). Segment by source (past customer, cold prospect, web opt-in). Build a broadcast campaign — announce the engagement, share a valuable offer, or promote an event. All replies route into the Unified Inbox in Core.
6
StoryCraft · Content Production
Build and manage a content production system
Navigate to StoryCraft. Use the Content Planner to map topics by pillar (education, promotion, trust-building, local). Create content briefs for each post type — assign to the appropriate team member or AI-assisted content tool. Approve, schedule, and track published vs. draft content from one dashboard.
7
MarketBOOST · Analytics
Review channel performance in a unified view
Go to MarketBOOST → Analytics. Review impressions, reach, engagement, click-through rates, and cost-per-lead across all active channels. The Omni-Score shows relative performance across channels. Export the weekly report and include it in client communication — use the Wunder AI briefing for a plain-language summary.

KPIs & Success Metrics

Omni-Presence KPIs measure reach and visibility — not yet revenue. These metrics confirm that the client's presence is expanding and that the machine has fuel to work with when Omni-Narrative activates the conversion layer.

Common Mistakes & How to Avoid Them

Mistake 01
Activating too many channels at once
It feels comprehensive to launch everywhere simultaneously, but spreading too thin means every channel gets mediocre attention. The content quality drops, performance data becomes hard to interpret, and the team burns out.
How to Avoid It
Prioritize 2–3 channels where the client's audience actually lives (confirm in Omni-Insight data). Build quality and consistency there first. Add channels in Month 2 once the core rhythm is stable.
Mistake 02
Skipping Omni-Insight and jumping to content
Omni-Presence without Omni-Insight is broadcasting to the wrong audience with the wrong message. The ICP isn't defined, the offer is vague, and the content has no strategic foundation — it's just noise.
How to Avoid It
Do not begin content production until the ICP Profile, Offer Stack, and Brand Voice Guide from Omni-Insight are complete and signed off. Every piece of content in Omni-Presence should be written for the ICP defined in Omni-Insight.
Mistake 03
No repurposing strategy
Teams create a long-form piece and only use it once. A 2-minute video becomes one Instagram post and dies. This is an enormous waste of production investment.
How to Avoid It
Use the StoryCraft Content Matrix. Every piece of long-form content (video, blog, case study) should produce at least 5 derivative assets: short-form video clip, social graphic, email excerpt, SMS teaser, and paid ad creative. Build the repurposing workflow into the content brief.
Mistake 04
Running paid traffic without a dedicated landing page
Sending paid traffic to a homepage is one of the highest-cost mistakes in digital marketing. The homepage is designed for everyone — not for the specific offer in the ad. Conversion rates tank and cost-per-lead balloons.
How to Avoid It
Every paid campaign must have a dedicated Funnel Builder landing page with a single CTA that matches the ad's message and offer. Build the landing page before the campaign goes live.
Mistake 05
Treating listing sync as a one-time task
Directory data drifts. Owners change phone numbers, move locations, or rebrand. If listings aren't monitored, inconsistent NAP data hurts local SEO and confuses buyers.
How to Avoid It
Check MarketBOOST → Listings monthly. Set a recurring OS task to audit listing accuracy and Listing Score. Any change to the business's address, phone, or hours must be updated in WundertreOS first — it syncs outward automatically.
