Omni-Revenue Framework
Omni-Revenue Framework · Tenet 1
Omni-Insight
Know yourself, your offer, your buyer, and your competition
01 · Tenet Overview
The Intelligence Foundation
Omni-Insight is the intelligence foundation of the Omni-Revenue Framework. Every other tenet is sharpened by the work done here. If a client skips or shortcuts Omni-Insight, they will spend money on Omni-Presence reaching the wrong people, their Omni-Narrative will be misaligned, and their Omni-Tracking will have no meaningful baseline to measure against.
As the WundertreX team member responsible for this tenet, your job is to extract and document four things: who the client is and what they sell (Brand Identity & Offer Clarity), who their best-fit buyer is and where to find them (Buyer Intelligence), who they are competing against and where the gaps are (Competitive Intelligence), and what their current market position looks like in local search, paid, and directories (Market Position). The output of this tenet is not a deck — it is the operating brief that governs every decision the X team makes from this point forward.
Tenet Goal
Establish the complete intelligence foundation: brand identity, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and market position — so every downstream tenet is built on verified data, not assumptions.
Why This Gets Skipped — And Why That's a Mistake
Clients are eager to 'do something.' They want to run ads, post content, and see results. Omni-Insight feels slow. Your job is to hold the line. A business that spends $5,000 on ads before defining their buyer profile will waste most of it. A business that completes Omni-Insight first will stretch that same budget 3–5x further because every dollar is targeting the right person with the right message.

02 · Delivery Timeline
What Gets Done and When
Omni-Insight onboarding runs 4 weeks. The timeline below is the standard — not a suggestion. If a deliverable is at risk of slipping, communicate proactively to the client and your manager at least 48 hours before the deadline, not after it is missed.
| Week | Activity |
| Week 1 | Kickoff call + Brand Identity Workshop | WundertreX | Completed Brand Identity Worksheet |
| Week 1 | Request all existing brand assets from client | Both | Asset folder received and reviewed |
| Week 1 | Deploy Wunder Uncover pixel + Data Graph setup | WundertreX | Pixel confirmed live on client site |

| Week 3 | Local Heat Map + keyword gap analysis | WundertreX | Market Position Report draft |
| Week 3 | WundertreOS configuration (Brand Kit, Goals, KB) | WundertreX | OS fully configured and client access granted |
| Week 4 | Deliverables review call with client | Both | All Omni-Insight docs reviewed and approved |
| Week 4 | Omni-Insight → Omni-Presence handoff brief | WundertreX | Signed Omni-Insight Activation Checklist |
Delivery Standard
Every deliverable must be reviewed internally by the X team lead before it goes to the client. No first drafts go to clients. The Competitive Intelligence Brief and Market Position Report in particular should have a second pair of eyes — these documents set the strategic direction for everything that follows.
03 · WundertreOS Walkthrough
Step-by-Step Inside the Platform
This section walks through every step you will take inside WundertreOS to execute Omni-Insight. Complete these in order — each step builds on the last. By the end of Week 3, the OS should be fully configured for the client and ready to support Omni-Presence activity.
Business Context Dashboard
Navigate to the Business Context area on the WundertreOS dashboard. This is the intelligence layer the entire OS draws from — it powers Wunder AI outputs, sequence personalization, and every feature that needs to know who the client is, who they serve, and what they stand for. Complete all five tabs before Omni-Presence activation.
1
Business Context · Business Info
Record the client's foundational business details
Open the Business Context area on the dashboard and select the Business Info tab. Enter the company name, service area, industry, primary contact, and a clear one-paragraph description of what the client does and who they serve. This is not marketing copy — it is factual context. The OS uses it to ground Wunder AI and to auto-populate fields across other hubs.
2
Business Context · Brand Kit
Load the brand identity
Select the Brand Kit tab. Upload the client's logo (all variations — primary, white, dark), enter primary and secondary hex color codes, set the brand font, and paste the brand voice descriptor from the Brand Identity Workshop. Every AI-generated output in the OS pulls from the Brand Kit — do not leave it incomplete or generic. This is also the source for StoryCraft content generation.
3
Business Context · Personas
Build research-backed buyer personas
Select the Personas tab and create one record per ICP persona (2–3 total total). Each persona should include: name, age range, job title or life context, primary pain points (minimum 3), preferred channels, content format preferences, key objections, and what a win looks like for them. Be specific — 'small business owner' is not a persona. 'Maria, 42, runs a 6-person med spa, spending 3 hours a week manually scheduling social posts' is a persona.
4
Business Context · Goals
Enter revenue and business goals
Select the Goals tab. Enter the client's primary revenue goal for the next 12 months and any secondary metrics they care about — new leads per month, review rating target, customer retention rate. These feed into Wunder AI's weekly briefings and the Omni-Tracking reporting templates. Goals without numbers are not goals.
5
Business Context · Competitors
Load competitor profiles
Select the Competitors tab. Enter each key competitor identified during the audit — name, primary positioning statement, active channels, pricing tier (if visible), and review sentiment summary. This powers the comparative context Wunder AI uses when generating positioning recommendations and content angles. Minimum 3 direct competitors entered before Omni-Presence activation.
MarketBOOST — Research & Competitive Intelligence
6
MarketBOOST · Research
Run the Competitor Analysis
Navigate to MarketBOOST > Research > Competitor Analysis. Enter the top 3–5 competitors identified in your audit. For each competitor, document their primary positioning statement (what they lead with), their active channels (where you can find them posting or running ads), their pricing tier if visible, and their review sentiment. Use this to populate the Competitive Intelligence Brief template. Pay particular attention to their 1-star reviews — these reveal unmet needs you can own.
7
MarketBOOST · Research
Run the Local Heat Map
Navigate to MarketBOOST > Research > Local Heat Map. Enter the client's primary service keywords (3–5 terms). Set the geographic grid for their service area. Run the grid and export the result. Identify the zip codes or neighborhoods where competitors dominate and where the client has an opening. This becomes a section of the Market Position Report and directly informs Omni-Presence channel and content decisions.
8
MarketBOOST · Research
Keyword Gap Analysis
Navigate to MarketBOOST > Research > Keywords. Enter the client's top competitors and run the gap report. Export and categorize results by funnel stage: awareness keywords (informational queries), consideration keywords (comparison and review queries), and intent keywords (near me, pricing, booking queries). Identify the top 10–15 priority keywords across each stage for the client. These feed directly into Omni-Presence's content and paid media strategy.
LeadSprout — Prospecting & Wunder Uncover
9
LeadSprout · Prospecting
Validate the buyer profile with real market data
Navigate to LeadSprout > Prospecting. Run an Intent search using the buyer signals most relevant to the client's ideal customer. Cross-reference the results against the Personas built in Step 3 — do the real-world prospects match the profile? If not, adjust the persona descriptions to reflect what the data actually shows. Run an Area search to understand the density and demographics of the client's local market. This validates targeting assumptions before any budget is spent.
10
LeadSprout · Wunder Uncover
Deploy the Wunder Uncover pixel
Wunder Uncover identifies the companies and contacts visiting the client's website so the team can follow up with warm, data-informed outreach. The pixel must go live in Week 1 — it needs time to accumulate data before Omni-Presence activates. Provide the client with the pixel installation instructions for their website platform (WordPress plugin available; for other platforms, provide the script tag). Confirm the pixel is firing correctly. Once active, Wunder Uncover begins surfacing site visitors enriched with GTM signals and contact data, feeding directly into LeadSprout prospecting.
04 · Client Progress Milestones
Success Checkpoints
These milestones define what both the client and the X team should have achieved at each checkpoint. Use these in your client-facing communications — they set clear expectations and give you a framework for the monthly check-in call. If a milestone is missed, treat it as a blocker and address it before moving forward.
| Checkpoint | Client Should Have... | X Team Should Have... |
| Day 14 | Attended the Brand Identity Workshop and reviewed the Brand Brief draft. Pixel installed on the website. Provided access to all existing brand and marketing assets. | Completed Brand Brief (internal review done). Wunder Uncover pixel confirmed live. Business Context dashboard 80% complete (Business Info, Brand Kit, Personas populated). |
| Day 30 | Reviewed and approved the Brand Brief, Buyer Personas, and Competitive Intelligence Brief. Has a clear understanding of their 3 key differentiators and top 3 competitor gaps. | All three docs delivered and approved. WundertreOS fully configured (Brand Kit, Personas, Goals, KB). Market Position Report delivered. Omni-Insight → Omni-Presence handoff brief prepared. |
| Day 60 | Can articulate their brand promise in one sentence without notes. Knows which competitor positioning angles they are avoiding and which white-space they own. Beginning to see first-party data flowing in via pixel. | Omni-Presence is live. Omni-Insight docs are housed in WundertreOS KB and accessible to all team members working the account. First-party audience segments have meaningful data (100+ visitors minimum). |
| Day 90 | Has reviewed and signed off on an updated persona if any Omni-Presence data has shifted the targeting assumptions. Brand Brief has been shared internally with the client's own team. | Conducted 90-day Omni-Insight review: what changed, what new intelligence came in, what needs to be updated in personas or competitor profiles. Updated OS accordingly. |
05 · KPIs & Success Metrics
How We Measure Success
Omni-Insight does not have revenue KPIs — revenue comes from Omni-Presence and Omni-Narrative. What Omni-Insight has are quality and completeness metrics. These define whether the intelligence foundation is strong enough to build on. If the metrics below are not met, Omni-Presence should not activate.
| Metric | Minimum Bar | Target | How to Measure |
| Brand Brief sign-off | Approved by client in writing | Approved within 5 days of delivery | Timestamp on client approval email or WundertreOS task |
| Competitors audited | 3 competitors fully documented | 5 competitors + 2 indirect | Competitor profiles in WundertreOS Competitor Analysis |
| Buyer Personas built | 2 personas with channel mapping | 3 personas with objection map and decision triggers | Business Context > Personas in WundertreOS dashboard |
| Wunder Uncover pixel live & firing | Pixel confirmed on homepage | Pixel on all high-intent pages + booking/conversion pages | Wunder Uncover dashboard shows active visitors |
| Keywords identified | 30 target keywords across funnel stages | 60+ keywords with stage and priority tagging | Keyword export saved in client folder and referenced in Market Position Report |
| Local Heat Map | Grid run for primary service area | Grid run + competitor overlay + 3+ gap zip codes identified | Heat Map screenshot and zip code list in Market Position Report |
| WundertreOS configuration | Brand Kit and Personas complete in Business Context | All Business Context tabs complete (Business Info, Brand Kit, Personas, Goals, Competitors) | X team lead conducts OS audit before Omni-Presence activation |
| Team brand fluency | X team lead can articulate client brand promise | All X team members on account can state brand promise, top 3 differentiators, and top 3 competitor gaps without referencing docs | Informal verbal check during team sync |
06 · Common Mistakes
What Goes Wrong — and How to Avoid It
The most common mistake in Omni-Insight is rushing through the Brand Identity Workshop to get to 'the real work.' The workshop IS the real work. A Brand Brief that is 70% complete will produce 70% of the clarity. That gap shows up in every piece of content, every ad, and every sales conversation in Omni-Presence and Omni-Narrative.
How to Avoid
Block 2 full hours for the workshop. Prepare your questions in advance. Push back if the client is vague — 'we serve everyone' is not an acceptable answer for the target customer field. The output must be specific enough that a new team member could read it and immediately know how to speak about the brand.
It is tempting to build buyer personas from what the client believes about their customers rather than from what the data shows. Clients often have a romanticized view of their ideal customer that does not match who is actually buying from them or converting online.
How to Avoid
Cross-reference every persona assumption against at least two data sources — the LeadSprout Prospecting results, the existing customer list (if provided), Google Analytics demographics (if accessible), or the Data Graph. If assumptions and data conflict, the data wins. Document both versions and explain the discrepancy to the client.
Most teams audit competitor strengths — their messaging, their channels, their positive reviews. Almost no one systematically reads the 1-star reviews. This is a significant missed opportunity. Competitor 1-star reviews are a direct window into what the market is not getting from existing providers — and those unmet needs are your client's highest-value positioning angles.
How to Avoid
Make the 1-star review audit a required step in the Competitive Intelligence Brief template. For each competitor, read the 20 most recent 1-star reviews on Google and Yelp. Categorize the complaints. The most common complaint categories become sections in the value proposition.
Starting Omni-Presence content or campaigns before the client has formally approved the Brand Brief and Personas is one of the most expensive mistakes an X team member can make. If the foundation shifts after Omni-Presence is live, everything built on it has to be rebuilt.
How to Avoid
The Omni-Presence kickoff call is gated by client sign-off on Omni-Insight documents. No sign-off, no Omni-Presence kickoff. This is a firm rule, not a preference. Right now, if the client is slow to respond, escalate — do not start Omni-Presence work and 'figure it out later.'
Omni-Insight outputs are living documents. Competitors change their positioning. New competitors enter the market. The client's best-performing customer segment shifts. If the Brand Brief and Personas are not updated at least quarterly (via the Omni-Tracking review), they become stale and start producing compounding errors downstream.
How to Avoid
Schedule a recurring 'Omni-Insight Refresh' on the 90-day review calendar from Day 1. Make it a line item on the Omni-Tracking reporting template so it does not get skipped.
07 · Activation Checklist
Omni-Insight Activation Checklist
Every item on this checklist must be checked before Omni-Presence activation. This checklist is signed by the X team lead and shared with the client as confirmation that Omni-Insight is complete. If any item is unchecked, Omni-Presence does not activate — no exceptions.
