Omni-Revenue Framework
LeadSprout · Omni Sales Path
Omni Sales Path
"Speed converts. Persistence wins. This is the sequence every service business runs on."
Section 01 — The Philosophy
The First Five Minutes Are Worth More Than the Next Five Days
Most service businesses respond to new leads in hours. Some take days. The research is unambiguous: the odds of connecting with a lead drop by 80% after the first five minutes. Speed-to-lead isn't a nice-to-have — it's the single highest-leverage variable in your entire sales operation.
The Omni Sales Path is built on one foundational truth: a lead that came to you is a lead that is ready to talk to someone. Your job is to be that someone before your competitor is.
This framework defines exactly how many touchpoints, in what sequence, across which channels, and with what message type — from the moment a lead arrives to the moment they sign or definitively decline.
The Standard
"Wundertre turns your revenue from a collection of disconnected efforts into a single system that gets smarter, more efficient, and more self-sustaining every month. The Omni Sales Path is where that system begins."
Section 02 — The 30-Touch Overview
30 Touchpoints. One Month. No Lead Left Behind.
The Omni sequence is front-loaded by design. The first 72 hours are the highest-leverage window in a lead's lifecycle — they're still warm, still thinking about their problem, still comparing options. After month one, cadence drops to a sustainable maintenance rhythm until the lead acts or explicitly declines.
10
First 72 Hours
Extremely aggressive — multiple channels, multiple contacts per day
10
Days 4–7
Aggressive — daily multi-channel contact, objection handling
10
Days 8–30
Persistent — every few days, value-forward outreach
3/mo
Month 2+
Sustained — monthly cadence until action or decline
| Phase | Window | Touchpoints | Intensity |
| Phase 1 | Hours 0–72 | 10 | Extremely Aggressive |
| Phase 2 | Days 4–7 | 10 | Aggressive |
| Phase 3 | Days 8–30 | 10 | Persistent |
| Phase 4 | Month 2+ | 3/month | Sustained |
| Total (Month 1) | 30 days | 30 | — |
Section 03 — Phase 1
Phase 1: First 72 Hours
Why This Window Matters
These 10 touchpoints happen before most competitors have made their first call. This is where deals are won before the prospect even knows it.
1
Minute 0–2
AutoSMS Instant Confirmation SMS
Automated message via LeadSprout acknowledging the inquiry. Warm, personal tone — never robotic. "Hey [Name], we got your request and someone from our team will be reaching out in just a few minutes."

Minute 0–2
AutoEmail Instant Confirmation Email
Full intro email — who we are, what happens next, what to expect. Sets the tone before the first human call.
3
Minute 5
HumanCall First Call Attempt
Rep dials immediately. If answered: use the Omni Sales questioning framework (see Omni Sales doc). If no answer: move to #4.
4
Minute 5 (if no answer)
HumanVM Voicemail #1
15–20 seconds. Curious, not salesy. "Hey [Name], this is [Rep] with [Company] — I saw your request come in and wanted to reach out personally. Give me a call back at [number] when you get a chance." Leave number twice.
5
Hour 1
HumanCall Second Call Attempt
Second dial. If answered: use the Omni Sales questioning framework. If no answer: continue sequence.
6
Hour 2
HumanSMS Personal Rep SMS
Not automated — rep sends personally. "Hey [Name], this is [Rep] from [Company]. I know you're probably busy — just wanted to make sure we connect. What's the best time to reach you?"
7
Hour 4
HumanCall Third Call Attempt
Third dial. Voicemail only if the previous VM was more than 3 hours ago.
8
Day 2 AM
HumanCallVM Day 2 Morning Call
Fresh start of day. If no answer, leave voicemail #2 — reference the original inquiry and add a brief value point. "Wanted to follow up on [their specific request] — we've helped a lot of [their type of business/situation] in [area] and I think there's a real fit here."

Section 04 — Phase 2
Phase 2: Days 4–7
The lead hasn't responded yet — but they haven't told you to stop either. They're still in consideration. These 10 touchpoints maintain top-of-mind presence, handle common objections before they're raised, and create light urgency without pressure.

Fresh attempt. No voicemail this time if previous VMs weren't returned.

HumanSMS Day 4 Afternoon SMS
"Any questions I can answer for you, [Name]?"

14
Day 5 PM
HumanCall Day 5 Evening Call
Later in the day when prospects are more likely to answer.

16
Day 6 PM
HumanCall Day 6 Call
Another attempt. If answered, lead with discovery: "I know I've been trying to reach you — totally understand if the timing isn't right. Can I ask what's making you hesitate?"
17
Day 7 AM
HumanEmail End-of-Week Summary Email
Comprehensive value email. Subject: "Here's exactly what working with us looks like." Include a simple CTA: book a call or reply with a question.

Day 7 Mid
HumanCall Day 7 Call Attempt
Touch before end of week.
19
Day 7 PM
HumanSMS Decision SMS
"Is this still something you're looking to move forward with, [Name]? Happy to answer anything or schedule a quick call. No pressure either way."
20
Day 7 (if no answer to calls)
HumanVM Voicemail #3 — Decision
"Hey [Name], wrapping up the week and still hoping to connect. If now isn't the right time, totally understand — just let me know and I'll follow your lead. Otherwise, give me a call at [number] anytime."
Section 05 — Phase 3
Phase 3: Days 8–30
Daily contact scales back, but the sequence doesn't stop. Every 2–4 days, a touchpoint that delivers genuine value — a tip, a story, a relevant insight. The goal is to stay relevant without becoming noise.
21
Day 10
HumanCall Week 2 Check-In Call
Re-engage opener: "Just checking back in to see if anything's changed on your end."
22
Day 10
HumanEmail Value Email #1

HumanSMS Two-Week Re-Qualification
"Hey [Name] — still on my radar. Is this still a priority for you this month?"

HumanCall Two-Week Call
If they respond to SMS with interest, call immediately. If not, attempt call as normal.

27
Day 21
HumanSMS Week 3 SMS
"Still here if you need us, [Name]. What would be most helpful right now?"
28
Day 25
HumanEmail Value Email #2
Another useful, non-pitch email. Seasonal angle, common mistake in their industry to avoid, or relevant FAQ.
29
Day 28
HumanCall End-of-Month Call
Pre-final-month-touchpoint attempt.
30
Day 30
HumanEmailSMS Month-End Touchpoint
Email: "I've been reaching out for about a month now and I want to respect your time. If this isn't the right fit or timing, no problem at all — just say the word. If it is, I'd love to find 15 minutes this week." SMS version: shorter, same message. This is the transition point — after this, lead moves to the 3/month cadence.
Section 06 — Phase 4
Phase 4: Month 2 and Beyond
After 30 days of no action, the lead isn't dead — they're just not ready yet. Circumstances change. Budgets open up. Competitors disappoint them. The 3/month cadence keeps you top of mind without burning goodwill. Stay in the conversation until they say yes or tell you to stop.
∙
Week 1 of Each Month
HumanCall Monthly Phone Call Attempt
A fresh dial — no script required. A simple, human check-in to see if circumstances have changed.
∙
Week 2 of Each Month
HumanEmail Monthly Value Email
Seasonal tip, industry news, useful content — not a pitch. Build the relationship one genuinely helpful message at a time.
∙
Week 3 of Each Month
HumanSMS Monthly SMS Check-In
"Anything change on your end?" — Short, direct, easy to reply to. Six words that have reopened countless stalled deals.
Exit Conditions
A lead exits active follow-up under two conditions only: (1) They sign a contract — move to Omni Service Path. (2) They explicitly decline — tag the reason in LeadSprout, schedule a 90-day re-engagement check, and add to the annual win-back list for high-value lost leads.
Section 07 — Channel Standards
What Each Touchpoint Sounds Like
The channel mix matters, but the tone matters more. Every touchpoint should feel like it came from a person who genuinely wants to help — not a robot executing a sequence.
📱
SMS
The fastest-read channel. Keep it under 160 characters. Use the lead's first name. Write like you'd text a neighbor — direct, warm, zero marketing-speak. Never include links in early SMS (spam filters). Never use ALL CAPS or excessive punctuation.
📞
Phone / Voicemail
Calls get answered or they don't — either way, the attempt matters. Voicemails: 15–20 seconds max, include callback number twice, lead with curiosity not features. "I saw your request and wanted to reach out personally" outperforms any pitch opening. On live calls: use the Omni Sales questioning framework — questions first, always.
✉️
Email
The long-form channel. Use for value delivery — case studies, objection handling, useful content. Subject lines: specific and curious, not clever. Body: short paragraphs, one clear CTA per email. Never send more than one sales email in a 24-hour window.
Section 08 — Lead Status Definitions
Pipeline Status — What Every Stage Means
Every lead in LeadSprout should have a current status. Status drives the sequence — and tells every team member exactly where this relationship stands at a glance.
No Contact
Lead received. No human conversation initiated yet. Auto-sequence running.
Contacted
At least one human conversation started — call connected, SMS replied to, or email response received.
Engaged
Lead has expressed active interest. Actively in conversation about their needs, timeline, or options.
Qualified
Budget, authority, need, and timeline confirmed. Ready for a formal proposal or quote.
Proposal Sent
Quote or proposal delivered. Follow-up sequence running.
Won
Contract signed and deposit collected. Handoff to Omni Service Path.
Lost — With Reason
Lead declined. Tagged with one of: Price, Timing, Went with Competitor, Unresponsive (30-day), Not Qualified.
Nurture
Long-term, not ready now. On the 3/month cadence. Revisit when circumstances change.
Section 09 — Loss Analysis
When a Lead Declines
A loss is data, not a failure. Every declined lead should be tagged with a reason — this is how the system improves over time and how the team learns which objections to address earlier in the sequence.
| Reason | Definition | Re-engagement Timing |
| Price | Budget mismatch — they found a cheaper option or couldn't justify cost | 90 days — "Things change. We've added options." |
| Timing | Not ready now — project deferred, season wrong, internal delay | 60 days — "Is now a better time?" |
| Went with Competitor | Chose another provider | 90 days — "How's that working out?" |
| Unresponsive | 30+ days with no response to any outreach | 90 days — one final attempt, then archive |
| Not Qualified | Budget, geography, or scope doesn't fit | Annual — circumstances may change |
Annual Win-Back
High-value lost leads (quoted above your average deal size) should receive a personal outreach once per year — not automated. A short, human note: "We've grown a lot since we last connected. Worth a quick conversation?"
Section 10 — WundertreOS Integration
How LeadSprout Powers the Sequence
Every touchpoint in the Omni Sales Path has a corresponding trigger in WundertreOS. Automated touchpoints fire from LeadSprout workflows. Human touchpoints appear as timed tasks in the rep's CRM queue — with the script and context they need right in the task.
| Touchpoint Type | WundertreOS Tool | How It Works |
| Auto SMS / Email | LeadSprout Workflows | Fires on lead creation — immediate, personalized via merge fields |
| Human Call Tasks | LeadSprout CRM Tasks | Timed tasks appear in rep's dashboard with full lead context |
| Email Sequences | LeadSprout Email Sequences | Drip emails at defined intervals — pauses when lead replies |
| Pipeline Status | LeadSprout Deals | Rep updates status at each milestone — triggers next phase |
| Loss Tagging | LeadSprout CRM | Rep selects reason on deal close — feeds re-engagement list |
| Re-engagement | LeadSprout Workflows | 30/60/90-day workflows trigger automatically on loss tag |
